Back when I lived in Boston I used to give guitar lessons a lot. A LOT! And I loved doing it! I loved meeting new guitar players, some who had been playing for a while, some who were just just beginning and some who were somewhere in between. It was great to be able to share what I had learned over my many years of playing guitar and to also be able to share my opinions and viewpoints on playing guitar and music in general and to hear the thoughts of all of my students as well. I loved it! Loved it! Anyway, I’ve really missed doing it, so I’ve gotten back into it again. I can give in person lessons in and around Freeport Maine as long as it’s within a reasonable distance. And of course if you can come out to me even better! I can also give online real time video streaming lessons via Skype, Discord, Strike or any of the streaming/video services or apps. I know a lot of teachers sometimes charge a kinda hefty figure for lessons, but I like to keep my prices reasonable, I don't want anyone to feel they can’t afford to take a lesson from me. So with that in mind, my rates are $35 for a 30 minute lesson, or $150 for a 5 lesson pack (with each lesson being 30 minutes long). I can also give hour long lessons, and for that my rate will be $50 I have to say though, that for most students 30 minutes is plenty of time to get into new ideas and things for you to work on. But if you wish to take a longer lesson, that’s fine. I love doing this either way. I personally feel that a 30 minute lesson is enough for most people to get a fair amount of ideas to work on, but if you’d prefer an hour lesson, that’s fine.
